are normally processed and ship on the same or next business day after we receive your order. Shipping times are estimated from date of shipment, which may not be the order date.  Most items ship from our NH warehouse.

Delivery to physical addresses may be via FedEx, USPS or UPS. Our Standard Shipping is likely to be 1st Class/Priority Mail (2-3 days) for most small items under 2 LBS or that fit into a flat rate mailer, or FedEx Ground for larger boxes.

We will contact you immediately about any Backordered Items or Special Shipping item options.

Items with Special Air Shipping
Requirements or Standard Shipping Surcharges are clearly noted as such in their item descriptions. These Surcharges will not show up in our shopping cart.

Certain large or heavy items have Special / Air Shipping or Standard Shipping surcharges that are clearly noted in their product descriptions. These Surcharges will not show up in our shopping cart. We will automatically add any standard shipping surcharges to your standard shipping order and ship without delay. We will need to confirmation from you about your Special Air Shipping options prior to billing/shipping as the cost for Special Air Shipping parcels can be considerable.


Delivery time is typically very accurate, but is not guaranteed.

Need a guarantee? YES we can! For date-specific, guaranteed delivery options please call us for a price quote. Guaranteed rates are quoted individually based on FedEx Air / USPS Express Mail rates by weight, size, and destination.

Shipments to AK, HI, APO / FPO or P.O. Boxes must ship Priority Mail: select Expedited Shipping

** Media Mail is for Books, Music, CDs, DVDs, ONLY
. If the order contains anything else it cannot be shipped Media Mail. Should you inadvertently select Media Mail for your luggage or coffee pot, we'll correct the order to reflect Standard Shipping automatically, for your convenience.

Media Mail shipments will be upgraded to First Class/Priority Mail whenever possible. Almost all of of our CD/DVD Only orders are upgradeable.

Backorders:

We will notify you right away if any item unable to ship. In-stock items will normally ship right away, backordered items will ship once they become available with no additional shipping charge. Exception: Free Shipping orders may be held to ship complete.

We want you to be happy with products and services, and to tell your friends about how we went the extra mile for you! If one of our items fails to meet your needs or expectations, you can simply return it to us for a refund or exchange. If you're on a trip, call us, and we'll send a replacement to you.

Contact our Customer Service Department to advise us of a return.

Very Few Exceptions:

Electronics, Music, and Video
cannot be returned if opened but will be replaced if defective. We will replace any damaged media items without delay. Electronics warranty repair / replacement issues are handled fastest directly through the manufacturer as we cannot evaluate or repair these items ourselves.

For safety reasons, certain items such as roof pouches and car seats cannot be returned if used, but will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer if found to be defective under warranty. These should be returned directly to the manufacturer for evaluation and warranty repairs. We can still get you a loner if you're on the road - call us! We won't leave you high and dry!
