Vest
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- To put on vest, unfasten buckles by pushing in on buckle prongs.
- Slip vest over childs head with Baby BAir label in back and
buckles in front.
- To insure proper fit, childs shouldersshould not fit through the neck
opening.
- Infant size has a 16.5" neck opening and should generally be used for
children up to12 months old. Toddler size has a 19" neck opening and can be used for
children between ages 1 and 2.
- Bring strap from the bottom back of vest up between babys legs.
Check strap length for fitinto buckle in the middle front of the vest.

- Strap length may be adjusted by unfastening Velcro closing that holds the
strap against itself.
- Bring one of the side strapsfrom the back of the vest around babys
tummy.
- Check length for fit into corresponding side front buckle. Repeat
procedure with other side strap.
- Snap buckle prongs on each strap into corresponding front buckle.
- Adjust strap lengths to ensure vest fits snugly, but comfortably. Fold
each strap to backand secure loose end against its Velcro strip.
- When airplane is airborne and the "fasten seat belt" sign has
been turned off, unfasten your seat belt and set baby on your lap facing forward. Put your
seat belt strap through the looped strap of the Baby BAir vest and refasten
seat belt.
- Prior to the airplane descent, unfasten your seat belt from the Baby
BAir tether
- Loop and refasten your own seat belt.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Hand wash separately in cold water.
- Reshape as needed after washing and lay flat to dry.

SPECIAL NOTES
- The Baby BAir turbulence protection vest is designed and approved
for lap held ildren under the age of 2.
- FAA regulations established prior to the Baby BAir do not approveuse
of vest during take-off, taxi and landing.
- Designed to be used only during the cruise portionof commercial airline
flights with child seated on adults lap.
- Not intended for use in cars or other vehicles.
- Not for use on a child older than age 2.
- FAA standards require children older than age 2 to have their own airline
seat.
- Correct size should be selected by babys age and head size.
- Not to be worn by a child buckled into seat belt while sitting alone in an
airline seat.
