Returning a product . . . .

We have a no-nonsense return policy, our Extra-Mile Guarantee, because we want you to be happy with your order and order from us again. 

If you order a product and don't like it, we're happy to take it back and give you your choice of an exchange or refund, but ask that you pay the return shipping.  Please email customer service to let us know that you'd like to return an item.

If you order a product and the product is defective, or if we made a mistake on your order, we will be happy to pay the return shipping.
