Minimum order for Custom Printing is 144 units. Additional bottles can be ordered in case quantities of 24. Price break at 240 units. Price includes 1 color setup, 1 color screen printing, and FREE ground delivery, normally within 3 weeks of proof approval . Each additional ink color add $85.00 Setup and .40 per bottle to you r order.

Please email your artwork file to the address on your order confirmation email. Artwork should be full sized, 300dpi minimum. Adobe Photoshop, Correl Draw or other vector art is preferred. 300dpi JPEG files can be used if necessary. If you need assistance preparing artwork let us know.

In shopping cart's Comments box please specify:

o Date needed. (Rush charges may be required to guarantee ship date.)
o Whether or not to include oz/ml measurement Graduations Scale on back (no charge)
o Contact Name, and fax or email address to receive and approve artwork proof
o Color number (for ink colors other than black or white)
o Your comments or additional requirements

Custom bottle orders require both full prepayment and your signed approval of artwork to be returned before production can begin. For credit card orders, 50% is charged upon placing the order, the balance when proof has been returned to begin production. Company checks will be held until proof has been returned. PO's can be accepted for established businesses for most orders.

Different bottle sizes/styles may not be combined to meet minimums.

If you are ordering 240 or more bottles (10 cases) and wish to order multiple case colors, you may need to omit color choice in the drop-down menu to get the correct quantity price break to show online. Specify color info in comments, or contact us with your case color choices.

Custom Order Pricing is subject to change without notice and must be verified by Family on Board prior to our accepting any online order. We'll notify you immediately of any price change or typographical error. We reserve the right to correct any errors made in customer order submission, our data, or the manufacturer's catalog.

Custom Orders CANNOT BE CANCELED once production begins.

Returns can be accepted for damaged or defective goods only.

Coupons and discounts may not be applied to Custom Orders.

Custom Orders are not elligible for Affiliate Program sales.

We cannot guarantee delivery date on Custom Bottle Orders. Ship date only can be guaranteed by us, and for RUSH orders only, rush fees apply. Actual delivery date is the carrier's responsibility. Should UPS AIR be chosen (at additional shipping cost) and miss a guaranteed date, you may be entitled to a refund of shipping charges only at the carrier's exclusive discretion.

Most of our Custom Orders are delivered inside 3 weeks of your order with normal shipping :-)
